A bit of Intergalactic Adventure: Fresh from NASA
Of late, we have been keeping our attentions a lot on AI, bank collapse and tech wars. So, today let us take you out of the world. Last week NASA released quite a few things which should have made more news.
There is a black hole on the loose. “This supermassive black hole, weighing as much as 20 million Suns, has left behind a never-before-seen 200,000-light-year-long "contrail" of newborn stars, twice the diameter of our Milky Way galaxy.” says NASA, is moving through intergalactic space at a speed which could cover the distance between Earth & Moon in 14 minutes. Also, NASA released stunning pitcures of Uranus, captured by Webb’s Near-Infrared Camera revealing its stunning rings.
And, earlier in the week NASA released an AI predictor for Solar Storm, called DAGGER which stands for Deep Learning Geomagnetic Perturbation. It is capable of predicting solar storms 30 mins before they occur. Read On»»»

A Pushback on Artificial Intelligence
A pushback against the AI seems to be brewing up in many quarters. Earlier, a group of tech & business leaders had asked for a pause in AI training. Now, this week Italy moved to ban ChatGPT. State of AI Report by Stanford
Stanford University released a massive 386 page report on the state of AI which highlights the trend on increasing research, models and training along with the type of usage - acceptable & questionable - that AI is undergoing.
