In a massive endeavour, PageGroup (the parent company of Michael Page), a prominent global executive search and recruitment firm, conducted a comprehensive survey spanning 37 diverse markets and encompassing the perspectives of 70,000 participants. The primary objective of the survey is to deeply explore the significant shifts that have taken place in career aspirations and the work environment in the wake of the pandemic's impact.
Some of the key findings of the report highlighted by CEO Nick Kirk are:
Seismic shifts in employee attitudes and motivations have created a new talent landscape — no age group, market, or industry is unaffected
